Well, our journey through all the primals is almost complete, but not yet. We can almost move on to greener, more complicated, pastures. Today I will talk with you about farming primal life; primal life is probably one of the least expensive primals in the game, but one might still need to know how to farm them for enchants, gear, repairs, etc.
Farming primal life is also most likely one of the easiest primals to farm, but only easy if you are an herbalist (it does work if you aren't one, but you get a chance for more motes if you are one). The best trick I've found to farm primal life is to farm in south-western Zangarmarsh, particularly if you are an herbalist. There are these level 63-64 elemental mobs called Fungal Giants and Starving Fungal Giants, which are easy to kill and you can herb them after dispatching them to have another chance for a mote of life. On my 70 night elf Warrior I was able to obtain an average of two motes per minute in this area using this method.
Another method to farm primal life, and to net some extra gold by selling the herbs you get from it, is to kill and herb these level 70-71 elite forest elementals in Skettis called Talonsworn Forest-Rager. Now be cautious, because not all classes will be able to successfully kill these big tree monsters, I couldn't kill them on my warrior or on my shammy, but I could kill them on my warlock, because of my demon. So if you try this method of farming, make sure you can take the hits. I recommend using a demo specced warlock or a BM specced hunter, other classes may be able to handle it, if you know what you are doing.
